LOCAL author Natasha Aylott will be visiting Alvechurch Library on Friday, July 3, to talk about her newly published self-help book Get Blissed.

She will be at the launch from 11am signing and selling copies of the book which is also available to borrow from the library in Birmingham Road.

Get Blissed, subtitled ‘Sever the Ties & Liberate Yourself’, is described by the author as the ultimate body, mind and soul workout. It aims to teach busy people to become experts in de-stressing and alignment.

“When you operate from a place that is ‘heart centred’ you can create an exceptional life for yourself,” said Natasha, “a life that is healed from the inside out. Learn to live at your highest self. Get blissed is the most incredible journey you will ever take. The reason this is the most incredible journey, is because it is your journey.

“This book presents to you easy steps that you can adopt to change your life around. The tragedy is that no one taught you how, until now.”
