Bananas in Pyjamas tickets up for grabs

Redditch Editorial 15th May, 2014 Updated: 18th Oct, 2016   0

THE STANDARD has teamed up with two famous faces to offer a prize to one lucky family.

B1 and B2, stars of hit television show Bananas in Pyjamas, will be coming down the stairs and popping into the Palace Theatre in Redditch as part of their UK tour.

And the winner of our competition will not only receive a family ticket to see the performance at 1pm on Saturday, June 7, they will also be able to take part in a meet and greet with the pair.

With more than 2.8million Facebook fans and daily appearances on the small screen, Bananas in Pyjamas was first shown in 1992 with an animated version being introduced three years ago.

Twins B1 and B2 were inspired by a 1967 song written by Carey Blyton, nephew of children’s author Enid Blyton.

In their brand new all-singing, all-dancing show, it is party time in Cuddlestown Park but the guest of honour has gone missing.

With 18 songs and plenty of audience participation, crowds are invited to help the banana detectives solve the case.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply answer the following question:

Where do Bananas in Pyjamas live?

a) Hugtown

b) Cuddlestown

c) Canning Town

Entries must be received by 5pm on Friday, May 23, and must include a name, contact number, full address and the correct answer. Entries can either be e-mailed to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Bananas in Pyjamas competition’ or posted to Harriet Ernstsons, Bananas in Pyjamas competition, Redditch Standard, Webb House, Church Green East, B98 8BP.
