A DOG needed stitches after it was attacked by another dog.

The incident happened about 5pm on Saturday (March 28) on Cemetery Lane, Southcrest.

A 61-year-old woman was walking her dog when a large white dog, with a head like a Boxer, jumped on top of it and grabbed its throat.

The owner is a man, aged between 20 and 25, mixed race and with shoulder length brown hair.




The victim’s dog need treatment at the vet and had to have stitches.

Anyone with any information should call police on 101 quoting incident 598S of Saturday, March 28.
