THE Redditch Standard wants you, our readers, to help Diamond Buses improve their service.
We’re asking you to monitor them throughout February as you go about your daily business and let us know the good, bad and plain ugly of how they do.
We’ll then pass your comments to Worcestershire County Council who are currently observing the company.
Back in January the county hammered out an action plan with Diamond after receiving four months of complaints from angry passengers, schools, councillors and business leaders.
The county is now seeing how Diamond performs against the action plan, which is where your help can come in.
However it is important to be fair to the company, which has employed additional engineers, drivers and customer relations staff to improve the service.
In addition they have an inspector, Mr Kash Hussein, on site at Redditch bus station to deal with any queries.
Send your comments, observations and views to the Redditch Standard, Webb House, Church Green East, Redditch, B98 8BP or email [email protected] and we will do our best to print what you send us.
