A SENSORY play group will make a return to Batchley next week.
Messy Play provides a wide range of sensory experiences by allowing children to explore different textures and smells and encourages a type of play which could be difficult for parents to provide at home.
Incorporating jelly, flour, baked beans and mud, the sessions are designed to promote exploration, imagination and independent thinking and will run every Friday from September 11 during term time.
Messy Play is suitable for children up to four-years-old and parents are advised to bring a change of clothes for their child.
The hourly sessions will cost £2 and will run from 9.30am to 10.30am at Batchley Community Centre.
