Popular Redditch Repair Cafe makes its return

Redditch Editorial 12th Aug, 2016 Updated: 18th Oct, 2016   0

IT IS Redditch Repair Cafe time this Saturday (August 13) when handyman Rolly Duke and his team of ‘Men in Sheds’ will on hand to make good everything from computers and electronics to pushbikes, lawnmowers and kettles – they even repair clothes!

Since its launch four months ago the cafe has successfully repaired more than 200 items, returning once-loved goods to full working order, much to the delights of owners.

What’s more, it does not cost a penny, although donations are always welcome and people can enjoy a cup of tea and a cake in the cafe while they get things fixed.

Redditch Repair Cafe is at Britten House, Britten Street, just off Bromsgrove Road in the town centre, and is open from 10am to 2pm.
