A MAN accused of making indecent images of children and possessing illegal cartoons and videos appeared before Redditch Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (May 19).
Terrence Kenneth Cox, 63 and of Fulbrook Close, stood accused of making indecent photographs, namely 21 category C images and one category B picture in Redditch on October 13, 2013.
The severity of images is graded from A to C, with category A being the worst.
Cox was also charged with three counts of possessing prohibited images of children, namely 400 cartoons and four videos between June 23, 2010 and May 14, 2014.
Cox, who did not enter a plea, was released on unconditional bail to appear before Worcester Crown Court on September 7.
