RESIDENTS across Redditch are being urged to remember that the town is subject to a large ‘No Drinking Zone’.
Local police community support officer’s were called to an incident where residents were being kept awake by late night revellers who were drinking close to the subway in St George’s.
The officers advised the group of adults that they were in a no drinking zone and discussed the noise they were making.
The group apologised and returned to their homes.
Following the incident, the police are reminding people that anyone found with a open alcoholic beverage will see it confiscated.
