CAT lovers are being encouraged to visit Worcester and Mid-Worcestershire RSPCA next weekend to pay a visit to some black beauties.
The Teme Acre Cattery on Old Road welcomes visitors on October 3 between 11.30am and 2.30pm as part of the RSPCA’s Black Cat Rehoming Day.
The centre is full of friendly felines who are black or black and white and have been in the care of staff for a long time and who, for unknown reasons, have so far been unable to find their forever homes.
Staff at the site said most visitors tend to want tortieshell, ginger or tabby cats, which leaved the centre’s black beauties ignored.
Visit www.rspca-worcester.co.uk for more information and details of the animals who need re-homing.
