STEP back in the mists of time to the age of the Celts with Yis Aye who play the Room Upstairs of the Palace Theatre, Redditch this Saturday, June 6 at 7.45pm.
A Cumbrian duo, Neil and Yvonne offer a mixture of homegrown and familiar material on guitar, flutes, mandolin, bouzouki and fiddle.
They regularly play a variety of gigs, folk clubs and festivals and enjoy local Cumbrian sessions with their interweaving harmonies, well-crafted songs and varying instrumentation, with influences from Americana, folk and bluegrass.
