SET sail for Steps Bar on Evesham Road in Redditch where panto fans can join the crew on The Golden Voyage of Sinbad.
Performed by The Little English Theatre Company it tells the tale of Sinbad and his twit of a brother Binbag as they set sail for what will be their most dangerous and thrilling journey ever.
Someone is out to ruin their quest for the Golden Amulet – could it be the sinister Grand Vizier Alicante, or the beautiful slave girl or maybe the ship’s cook who is, after all, just plain odd?
Their adventure takes them across the globe and sees them hitching a ride with an eagle, coming face to face with a dragon and being captured by tribal warriors.
How will it all end? There’s only one way to find out.
The show is on Sunday, December 20 with two performances, one at 2.30pm for children and one at 5pm for grown-ups only.
All proceeds go to the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and tickets are available from Steps, Vintage Trax Records on Birchfield Road, Courtyard Music in Tardebigge or online at beerweek.co.uk .
