Police recover 170 stolen Cadbury's Creme Eggs after spotting vehicle with 'altered' licence plates

POLICE arrested three people and recovered more than 170 stolen Cadbury’s Creme Eggs after spotting a vehicle which had licence plates altered with PVCĀ tape.

The trio were stopped in Hopwood last night by eagle-eyed officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit (OPU).

They were taken into custody on suspicion of theft and driving offences.
