WEST Mercia road policing and ARV team had a busy night across Worcestershire.

The team assisted colleagues in dealing with a knifepoint robbery in Hagley.

One man was found in possession of a knife and arrested.

Later on in Wythall the team assisted Response with a domestic incident where a male had suffered a knife wound.

Shortly afterwards a balaclava-clad male was seen cycling along Hollywood Lane.

He was stopped and searched but had nothing on him.

A white BMW then failed to stop on Haslucks Green Road, but failed to negotiate a bend and crashed in to a gate in Earlswood, with both occupants being detained.

The driver provided a positive breath test and was arrested.

Elsewhere a disqualified driver was reported to court and had his car seized in Bromsgrove, and on the M5 a disqualified drink driver was arrested after being involved in a minor collision.
