THE music of the movies will be brought to life this weekend when Indigo Arts perform a special double bill pop-up concert in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.

It comes hot on the heels of their sell-out Abba Night, and this Saturday and Sunday it’s the turn of their Musicmaker performers.

Aged five to 15, they’ll be taking over the more intimate space opposite WH Smiths, where they are guaranteeing an entertaining evening of songs from the movies and musicals.

Musicmaker has been running for 18 years in the town, and has earned a reputation for enthusiastic, energetic and talented performances from all those involved.

This latest group are no exception, said director Cathy Moss, and promise a feel good evening of quality entertainment from some of the best young talent the town has to offer.

The shows start at 7.30pm this Saturday, November 17, and 6pm on Sunday, November 18.

Tickets are £8.50 (£6 child) at www.indigoarts.org.uk or on the door on the evening.

All proceeds go to support Indigo’s projects here in Redditch.
