Summer music delight as top players gather for Inkberrow Impromptu

THERE’S a treat in store at St Peter’s Church, Inkberrow this Sunday, July 7, when a group of professional musicians gather for the latest in their concert series of ‘Inkberrow Impromtus’.

Starting at 5pm, the packed programme includes Johannes Brahms’s Piano Quartet in G and Schubert’s ‘Trout’ Quintet all performed by Andre Swanepoel on violin, Nancy Johnson viola, Sandy Bartai cello, David Hayes double bass and Lauretta Bloomer on piano.

The concert is free and summer refreshments will be served in the adjacent hall.

There will be a retiring collection for charity and for the St Peter’s Church building fund.
