CARING people in Redditch are invited to help isolated older people in the community with a reading project.
A national charity based in Liverpool is inviting people to apply for a new training programme, The Reader, which aims to reduce social isolation and improve the mental health and well-being of older people.
Community groups, individuals and small organisations are all welcome to apply and help build a long-term, sustainable Shared Reading community in Redditch.
