REDDITCH town centre is set to welcome one of the biggest names from the 90s when former Five star Abz performs as part of Redditch BID’s Summer Fest event.
Known for his electrifying performances and chart-topping hits including ‘Everybody Get Up, Keep on Moving’ and ‘If Ya Getting’ Down’, will bring his unique sound and energy to the festival, captivating fans old and new.
The free event will take place on Saturday August 17 , starting at 11.00 am in Redditch town centre, and is expected to attract music lovers from far and wide.
“We are thrilled to have Abz join us for this year’s Summer Fest,” said Muj Rahman, Redditch BID Manager, the event organiser.
“His passion for music and connection with the audience makes him an ideal addition to our lineup. We can’t wait to see him perform live!”
In addition to his live performance on stage, Abz will attend a meet and greet at the Kingfisher Centre, between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on a first come, first served basis.
The Redditch Summer Fest will also feature a diverse range of artists, including Totally Crazy – a Shania Twain tribute, the West End Jersey Boys, the Harmony Reggae Band, Phil Collins – Easy Lover Tribute, and Take it at That – a tribute to the greatest hits of Take That.
Ministry of Sound DJ Danny Decibel and our very own DJ RVP from Popworld will provide music as the event ends at 9.00 pm.
