A PAIR of cream-of-the-crop chefs moved into Redditch town centre to launch their new dessert-bar cafe business last week.
The Mai Cafe and Dessert Bar officially opened its doors on Church Green East last week (Thursday, September 29) and welcomed people to try their range of desserts, including freshly made milkshakes, mini cupcakes and chocolate shortbread cubes.
Mayor Joe Baker who attended the opening,said: “I am so pleased to encourage local businesses in the town centre and it is good to see another independent business opening up.
“It is lovely to see this area of the town being developed and regenerated, so I hope the residents will get behind the business and help them to make a success of it.”
