Alcester care home goes digital

Redditch Editorial 22nd Apr, 2024   0

AN ALCESTER care home has gone digital, using handsets to record point of care interactions across the home.

The handsets will give them real time information and all the necessary info to provide the best possible care all at the touch of a button.

Enable is the digital care system, reinventing how they plan, record, and coordinate care using smartphone handsets.

The rollout is in full swing, and thanks to their whole home approach, every member of staff will use Enable to document those precious, life-enriching moments for the residents at Cherry Trees.

The team enjoyed celebratory nibbles by hosting a Enable Purple Prosecco Party and were thanked for their hard work and support.

The Enabkle cake designs were made by the kitchen team.

General Manager for Cherry Trees care home Debbie Osborne said: “This is a new, exciting and innovative experience that will change the way that we will record documents for our residents ensuring that they will get the best possible person centred care that we can provide.”
