Alcester residents asked to vote on policing priorities

Redditch Editorial 13th Sep, 2017   0

RESIDENTS in Alcester have a chance to vote for the issues they want the Police Safer Neighbourhood Team to crack down on in the coming three months.

These duties would be carried out over and above their normal workload.

The options for consideration are:

Patrols targeting residential burglaries in rural areas of Alcester.

Patrols targeting vehicle crime and thefts from vans in Alcester.

Patrols to deter inconsiderate parking and driving by schools.

Patrols to deter speeding offences on Alcester housing estates.

Patrols at ‘hot spots’ to deter anti-social behaviour in Bidford.

Patrols to deter speeding offences during weekends on the A435/A46 Alcester bypass.

The poll is live now and will close on September 22.
