ALCESTER will be the new stamping ground for a major exhibition later this month.
St Benedict’s High School will be home to Redditch Philatelic Society’s stamp fair on October 17 where around 20 stamp dealers, including some of the top ones in the country, will be attending selling a wide range of goodies including postal history, thematic stamps and picture postcards.
Entries to the Midland Philatelic Federation’s individual 16 sheet competitions will also be on display and winners will be presented with certificates and trophies during the event, which will run from 10am to 4pm.
