THE bookshop in St Stephen’s Church has re-opened – 18 months after it closed due to the pandemic.
Trustee Vikki Holt said they were marking the occasion with 50 per cent sale and said items from wrapping paper, cards and christening gifts were already being snapped up.
She is also appealing for volunteers so the shop can extend its opening hours, currently at 10am to 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, due to a lack of staff.
