AN APPEAL has been launched to find a Redditch man who failed to turn up for court.
Stefan Laidlaw, who is 40, was charged on July 26 with driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of a controlled drug.
He failed to turn up to Worcester Magistrates Court on July 26.
Police say he will look older than in this picture.
