RESIDENTS at a Redditch care home were treated to a special Easter Monday, as a local biker group roared in for a memorable visit celebrating a shared love of motorcycling.
The biker group, made up of riders of all experience levels and a wide range of bike types, was formed to support one another – pairing more experienced riders with those newer to the road.
Residents embraced the occasion by dressing up.
Pauline Vernon, Home Manager at Bowood Court Care Home said: “This visit meant so much to our residents. For those who have spent years riding, it wasn’t just about seeing the bikes – it was about reconnecting with a huge part of their lives.
“The conversations, the memories, and the smiles we saw throughout the day made it incredibly special for everyone involved.”
