YOUNG athletes from Birchensale Middle School produced an outstanding performance at the Worcestershire Winter School Games as more than 60 pupils won athletics events.
The annual jamboree, held at the University of Worcester, showcases the talents of youngsters from all over the county.
Paul Homer, head of PE at Birchensale, said: “This was an extremely proud day for us.
“We knew following 2016 would be hard but coming home with this much success was a great achievement.
“Credit must go to all the pupils and staff involved.”
