BOROUGH Mayor, Gareth Prosser and his wife/Consort Lynn were on hand to officially open new Redditch business art is ar’t in Evesham Walk.
They were joined by County Councillor Emma Marshall and staff as Coun Prosser cut the ribbon in front of a small crowd of onlookers.
Also present were art consultant Lucy Silina and artist Jacqueline Toulouse.
Owner Dermot O’Connor said: “Having to wait seven months to open due to the lockdown from November onwards, with no income, and then launching at a time of unprecedented, extraordinarily difficult trading conditions, every bit of support is welcome – and a good amount of luck is needed too, for sure.”
