Bringing cheer to those living in Redditch sheltered housing

A CHRISTMAS party to help those living in a sheltered housing complex in Redditch is set to get guests feeling festive.

On Saturday (December 17) a special Christmas fayre will be held to raise money for the residents at Dorothy Terry House in Headless Cross.

From 2pm, cakes, gifts, mulled wine and mince pies will be on offer, alongside a tombola and other festive fun and games.

Christmas carols will be in plentiful supply and organiser Caroline Reid hopes people will come along and support them: “At the moment, there’s no money in the pot at all, so every penny we raise will go towards improving the lives of the people living here at Dorothy Terry House.”
