THE bunting is out at Biddles on Birchfield Road thanks to the good wishes of pupils at a nearby primary school.
Youngsters in Year 5 at Webheath Academy made metre upon metre of the bunting as a thank you to the shop for staying open and looking after them throughout the Covid pandemic.
“Each picture thanks a different keyworker. The work and thought that has gone into this is so heartwarming,” said the shop’s Helen Biddle.
“Someone dropped it in just before Christmas and said the children has specifically chosen our shop to send it too.
“We all feel very honoured that they chose us.”
