A WOMAN has been hurt in a two-car crash on the Birmingham Road, Redditch this morning (Wednesday, January 4)
At around 8am, emergency services were called to the crash near the junction on Middlehouse Lane/Birmingham Road, near Redditch fire station,
The crash involved a Red Vauxhall Corsa and an orange Toyota Aygo and the driver of one of the cars, a woman in her 20s, was taken to the Alexandra Hospital in Woodrow Drive for further treatment.
The woman was out of the car when the ambulance arrived but she suffered minor leg, arm and back injuries. She was given pain relief before being taken to the Alex.
Police, fire crews and an ambulance team all attended the scene.
