Redditch Editorial 8th Apr, 2019   0

AN attempted robbery took place on Alcester High Street around 3pm last Wednesday, April 3 when an elderly person using a cashpoint machine was pushed out of the way by a woman.

She was trying to grab the cash or the bank card say Police but ended up leaving empty handed.

Officers say the woman and another female accomplice then climbed into a beige Nissan Micra care and escaped from the scene.

Both women were white, the first having her hair in a ponytail. She was wearing black coat.

The second was wearing a longer coat and had dark hair parted in the middle with cinnamon bun styling on the side, similar, say Police, to Princess Leia in Star Wars.
