Classic Ibiza dance party show at Ragley Hall cancelled

Redditch Editorial 2nd Apr, 2020   0

THE Classic Ibiza music festival at Ragley Hall near Alcester has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The show sold out in days and was scheduled for Saturday, July 3.

It has now been inked-in for exactly the same date in 2021, Saturday, July 3.

Tickets for 2020 will automatically transfer to the new date and a 2021 sent to ticketholders unless a refund is specifically requested.

In a statement Classic Ibiza promoters Revival Productions said: “In light of recent communications from Government, it is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult, yet responsible, decision to postpone the 2020 Classic Ibiza, in association with San Miguel, tour until 2021.

“The safety of you, our amazing audience, together with our performers, crew, medical team and the local charities and businesses that we support, will always be of paramount importance to us.

“We have made this decision now to ensure that Classic Ibiza can return in 2021 even stronger – what a party that will be!”

Revival Productions said it was working with its ticket agency on refunds but that 2020 ticketholders would automatically be transferred to the 2021 date and a new ticket issued.

Classic Ibiza, with guest DJs promises to take fans ‘on a magical rollercoaster ride of dance music’s most iconic tracks reinvented by the Urban Soul Orchestra who have worked with the very best in the industry, including Groove Armada, Nightmares on Wax, Robert Miles and Octave One’.
