THE Conservatives held on to Headless Cross, Councillor Jo Beecham, portfolio holder for leisure services, winning by just under 200 votes from Labour’s Juliet Barker Smith.
The Green Party’s Alistair Waugh got their highest vote of the evening so far with 214 votes.
