PLANS to consult on introducing a chargeable garden waste service have been approved by Stratford District Council.
A figure of £40 per year per green bin is currently being mooted.
The consultation aims to find out:
1) Whether residents would continue to use the garden waste service if it became chargeable.
2) If so, how much would they be prepared to pay.
3) If not, how would they dispose of their garden waste.
