GROUPS businesses, partnerships, and event organisers in Redditch are being encouraged to consider The Canopies to host their proceedings for the coming season.
The Canopies have previously hosted events including Digbeth Dining Club and Redditch BID, as well as being the venue for John Bonham – A Celebration Event.
Leader of the Council, Coun Matt Dormer, said: “The Canopies are an excellent event venue.
“They are right in the middle of the town centre with great transport links, they feel spacious whilst providing a secluded space for your event.”
The Canopies are free to book and are located next to the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Coun Dormer added: “Providing spaces like this for free is a really big step towards unlocking the potential of the Town Centre as a destination.
“We’ve seen a variety of events utilising this location since work was completed to rejuvenate the space, which really shows the desire for events spaces like this in the town.”
