CRABBS Cross Post Office opened last week at a new location on Evesham Road.
This has restored service to the community after the long-serving Postmaster, Alan Beasley, recently retired after 25 years at the helm.
The new Postmaster is Parminder Singh, who runs Simply Fresh.
There is a dedicated Post Office area with two Post Office serving pointss, which are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
This is an extra 22 hours of service a week for the convenience of customers, with the branch is open six days a week instead of four and for longer hours.
