Data shows Redditch as having the best broadband speeds in Worcestershire

REDDITCH has been lauded as having the best broadband speeds in the whole of Worcestershire.

The town also experiences broadband speeds that are better than 46 per cent of the UK national average, according to data by BroadbandUK.

And a poll conducted by Rightmove found people now rank broadband connection above off-street parking and local amenities when considering buying a property.

At a time when we are all mandated to work from home wherever possible, broadband speeds are playing an increasing role in the happiness and productivity of people.

Research says that on average workers lose 40 minutes a day to a slow internet connection.

This equates to 21 wasted days per year (almost the average rate of annual leave in the UK).

Poor internet connection isn’t considered just irritating anymore; it’s a key driver in happiness and success at work.
