REDDITCH Foodbank has a new manager.
Laura Kyte takes over from temporary manager Clare Carmen, who herself replaced Sarah Barcham who now has a regional role with national charity the Trussell Trust, the charity working to stop hunger and poverty in the UK.
Laura is a native of Alvechurch who recently returned from an eight year spell in Argentina established through Latin Link combining faith with sport.
A keen runner, the 32 year old said: “My project in Argentina was coming to an end and I felt I needed a new challenge.
“I wanted to do something in line with my values of helping others and this fits perfectly.”
