MORRISONS in Redditch has teamed up with Deliveroo so customers can order from 70 essential household items for on-demand delivery.
The move is part of a nationwide scheme and will be for the duration of the Covid-19 crisis and is aimed at helping families staying at home and those unable to order speedy delivery from supermarkets due to high demand.
All deliveries will be contact-free to ensure safety, with Deliveroo riders leaving the deliveries at customers’ doors to collect, minimising person-to-person contact in as little as under 30 minutes.
