FUND-RAISING is set to be a piece of cake for a Redditch recruitment team.
Staff at eResponse Recruitment will be baking cakes for their clients, suppliers and candidates at their offices on Church Green West on September 26.
The team will also be laying on coffee, treats and party games for guests between 10am and 2pm as they take part in Macmillan’s World Biggest Coffee Morning.
Manager Trudy Harding said: “Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer and Macmillan does an incredible job in helping families through the worst and most challenging times of their lives.
“We will have a lot of fun with our coffee morning but the important thing to remember is that this is one of the worthiest causes of all – helping to raise essential funds for a charity that has given so much to so many people.
“We are delighted to be doing our bit.
“None of us could ever dream of being the next Mary Berry but we’ll stick our aprons on and have a good go at making some great treats for our guests.”
