AN EXCITING chance to explore the countryside around Pershore is here as part of Worcestershire’s Walking Festival.
The festival, which spans four days from September 5-8, features eight circular walks along the Millennium Way.
The Millennium Way is a 100mile route through the heart of the south Midlands taking in Inkberrow, Coughton, Henley and Hockley Heath before heading further east.
The festival walks are between three and eight miles long and are suitable for both beginners and more experienced walkers, with a separate circuit for the less able.
The are on a donation basis with one walk each morning and one each afternoon.
