Do you recognise woman who stole wallet from Redditch man today?

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after large amount of cash was stolen from a man on Evesham Road in Redditch.

They want to hear from anyone who recognises the offender in the picture to come forward.

The incident happened at around 11.40am today, Thursday (January 26) when the the victim went into Dormer Plant Hire in Headless Cross and purchased an item.

On returning to his vehicle he dropped his wallet containing a large amount of cash, his driving licence and credit cards.




At 11.46am CCTV picks up a silver / grey Vauxhall Corsa driving over the item, reversing and then collecting it.

The female offender is seen to drive to the traffic lights between Evesham Road and Birchfield Road and turns left into Headless Cross Drive. Unfortunately, the CCTV did not pick up the registration of this vehicle.


Police have not had anyone hand in the wallet and this loss has caused the victim considerable distress.

As such this this now being treated as a theft investigation.
