A WOMAN walking her dogs was flashed at near Matchborough Centre.

The incident happened as the victim, who is in her 20s, was heading towards the underpass on Tillington Close where a man approached her and dropped his trousers.

She ran away and was left very shaken but unharmed.

The man was white, in his 20s or 30s, skinny and wearing a grey hooded top with the hood up, a blue body warmer, a dark coloured tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.
