Doing what he loves doing best

COMEDY anecdotes, comic misunderstandings and plenty of banter are on offer as Jason Manford brings his latest show to Redditch.

The funnyman is stopping off at the Palace Theatre on Monday, September 29 at 8pm as part of his First World Problems tour.

Since he last took to the road Jason has tried his hand as an opera singer by joining Aflie Boe on tour after winning ITV1’s Born To Shine. He has also made several television appearances on QI, Big Fat Quiz of the Year and Comedy World Cup.

But he is now back and ready to deliver more humour using his trademark likeable charm and teasingly intelligent wit.

Jason said: “Some of you might think I’ve had a career change what with all the opera and musical theatre I’ve been doing lately. Not a chance, I’m excited to be getting back to what I really love the most – stand up.”

The show is suitable for those aged 16 and above. Tickets cost £23.25 and to book call the box office on 01527 65203.
