Easter Bunny pays visit to lucky youngsters in Redditch

THE Easter Bunny paid a visit to lucky youngsters in Redditch last week at two very special Easter parties at the Town Hall.

Children from across the borough attended the parties hosted by Redditch Parenting and Community Team on Thursday, April 18.

The youngsters enjoyed face painting, decorating Easter cards and making ‘Easter Bonnets’ for the parade.

Every child sat back and listened to a story and song session while enjoying their free Easter gifts, refreshments and snacks.

Parenting and Community Team Officer, Lou Hall, said: “We went all out with our Easter activities and we know that the children who came along had an absolute ball.

“A big thank you to the team who worked really hard to put it on and to the supermarkets who donated.

“We’re pleased that so many children and families came along and we hope you all had a lovely time.”

The parenting and community service is for all families in Redditch with children and young people aged 0-19 years.
