REDDITCH’S Kingfisher Centre is gearing up for a Jurassic summer packed with free activities during the school holidays.
From August 14 to August 27, families can enjoy two weeks of free dino themed activities.
The event is open to all children and sessions will be filled on a first come, first served basis with sessions running between 11am and 4pm everyday.
The free Dino Trail will start at Guest Services, in Worcester Square, where all adventurers receive a trail sheet and pencil, ready to get hunting. Successful explorers who complete the trail can hand their trail sheet back to Guest Services and enter a competition to win a £50 voucher to spend in a Kingfisher store of their choice.
The Dino Camp, running from August 14 to 18, is located on Walford Walk, near Clintons.
Workshops are free to all young guests from three years old.
The dino crew will be on hand throughout the week to assist children with the creative activities.
Plus, there is the option to make a £2 donation to support Kingfisher’s 2023 charity partner, Inspire Community Centre, for a face painting experience.
And little shoppers can see the T-Rex and the baby dinosaurs on August 23.
The dinosaurs will be roaming the centre at intervals between 12pm and 5pm on the day.
