ENQUIRIES are ongoing after four flower planters were overturned and their contents scattered around Studley High Street over the weekend of December 13-14.
The same evening a car was scratched and damaged after the yob partially removed a cover to get at the vehicle.
The destruction is particularly hard on the village which is trying to gear itself up the Britain in Bloom competition in 2016 after winning countless golds in the Heart of England event.
It is understood the vandal was spotted causing the damage and police are pursuing their enquiries.
