Entries open for this years Inkberrow Relay

ENTRIES are now open for the Inkberrow village relay race on May 17.

Set in the heart of the village and surrounding countryside, the race follows its traditional relay format, with teams of individual runners each completing one leg of the course before handing over to the next team mate.

The event is open to running clubs, workplace teams, groups of friends and community organisations, creating a fantastic mix of serious competition and village spirit.

Prizes will be awarded across multiple categories, including overall team winners and category prizes, with further details to be confirmed closer to race day.

All profits from the 2026 race will go directly to local charities and community causes, continuing a proud tradition of reinvesting back into the area.

The event is supported by Hills Ford, which has been involved since the very first race.

Richard Hill, of Hills Ford, said: “The Inkberrow Relay is a brilliant example of what local community events should be about, bringing people together while raising meaningful funds for local charities.

“We’ve supported it since the first race and are proud to continue that support in 2026.

“It’s a fantastic day for the village and the wider Worcestershire community.

“Entries are now officially open and teams are encouraged to secure their place early for what promises to be another fantastic day of competition and community spirit.”
