THERE has been foul-play in Redditch this afternoon as criminals set fire to a dog waste bin.
At around 12.40pm today (Friday, February 17) fire crews from Redditch were called to a park in Webheath where vandals had set the bin alight.
The team attended the scene and made the area safe.
