Free firework display will be held at Arrow Valley Country Park

A FREE firework display will be held at Arrow Valley Country Park on Tuesday, November 5 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.

The bonfire night event, organised by Redditch Borough Council, will be hosted by Elliot Webb of BBC Hereford and Worcester and will feature live music from bands Abba Bellas and Save the Date.

There will also be a fun fair and lots of food and drink available for revellers to enjoy.

Band Save the Date will be playing live on the night.

Both the live music and the funfair will start at 6pm with the fireworks scheduled for 7.30pm.




A park and ride service to the event, also free, will run from Merse Road, Moons Moat, departing every 15 minutes from 5.45pm until 7pm.

Return buses start at 8.15pm and then depart every 15 minutes until the last bus leaves at 9.15pm.


Part of Battens Drive will be closed between 6pm and 9pm.
