THE Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch is hosting a free summer camp for children this week, starting from today, Monday, August 22 and running until this Friday, August 26.
It’s all part of Charlie’s Kids’ Club and is designed for children aged three to eight years old.
Taking place between 11am and 4pm each day it will include a whole host of sports and activities such as an interactive jungle-themed disco, animal yoga and freestyle football.
The full itinerary is as follow:
Monday – Heads, shoulders, knees and cones
Tuesday – Animal yoga
Wednesday – Jungle storytime
Thursday – Sounds of the jungle & free face painting
Friday – Football freestyle
Kingfisher Kids’ Club mascot, Charlie the Monkey will also be popping by each day to join in on the fun.
Ken Williams, general manager at Kingfisher Shopping Centre, said: “As the summer holidays draw to a close, we are really excited to be able to host one last summer event with our Charlie’s Kids’ Club summer camp.
“This event is completely free, and we hope to see the families of Redditch join us in the centre for some of the unmissable activities we have scheduled.”
